Deluxe Poolside Studio:                  1 studio room, mini fridge, coffee pot.

1-Bedroom Villa:                              1 king bed and pull out sofa sleeper. Either poolside or tower

1-Bedroom Beachfront:                   1 king bed and pull out sofa sleeper.

2-Bedroom Wannabes:                   1 king bed and 1 queen bed in smaller room, pull out sofa sleeper. Based on double occupancy.

2-Bedroom Master Beachfront:      1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed. 1 Sofa Sleeper in living room. 2 Baths. Located at Las Sirenas location with Beachfront view.             

 Diver's Alert Network (DAN) insurance is recommended.  DAN membership is required before their insurance products may be purchased.

• The $250/pp deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• The purchase of international group airfare is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Any funds received on or after 8/1/26 becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Trip cancellations must be received in writing by traveler, or authorized representative, by submitting an email to info@heroscubagroup.org.

• Any cancellation received after:

  • 7/15/26 will forfeit 50% funds collected.

  • 8/1/26 will forfeit all funds collected.

  •  Credit toward a future trip is not available.

• We highly recommend that each guest purchase comprehensive accident, trip cancellation/interruption insurance when space is reserved.  Please be advised that if a guest chooses to NOT purchase trip insurance, we will NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED BY REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  Furthermore, the uninsured guest will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
