• The $200 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• The purchase of international group airfare is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Any funds received on or after 9/18/25 becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Trip cancellations must be received in writing by traveler, or authorized representative, by submitting an email to info@heroscubagroup.org.
• Any cancellation received after:
  • 9/3/25 will forfeit 50% funds collected.
  • 9/18/25 will forfeit all funds collected.
  •  Credit toward a future trip is not available.
• We highly recommend that each guest purchase comprehensive accident, trip cancellation/interruption insurance when space is reserved.  Please be advised that if a guest chooses to NOT purchase trip insurance, we will NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED BY REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  Furthermore, the uninsured guest will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
